This machine was built for aircraft maintenance before it was ever pointed at a sculpture. Corrosion removal on airframes and components, weld and bond prep, mold cleaning and NDT surface prep — done on site, dry, with the substrate kept cool.
Substrate temperature stays low
Corrosion comes off aircraft aluminum while the substrate stays under 120°C. No annealing, no heat distortion, no change to the temper of the parent metal.
No chemical waste stream
No stripper, no rinse water, no blast media to profile, contain and dispose of. The waste is particulate captured at the extractor.
Better crack visibility for inspection
Ablation cleans corrosion and coating out of the surface without smearing metal over a defect the way abrasives can. Surfaces come out ready for dye penetrant or eddy current.

Straight answers
When laser is the wrong tool.
Laser is not a universal solvent and we would rather tell you that now than after you have paid a mobilisation fee. It does not fill, fair or rebuild anything — it is a cleaning process, not a repair process. It is slower per square foot than blasting on large plain surfaces, so on a 40-foot run of ordinary steel fence, blasting is genuinely the better buy.
Some stone will darken or roughen if the parameters are wrong, which is exactly why every job starts with a test patch in an inconspicuous spot and nobody proceeds until you have looked at it.
